✅ Replacement Policy for Damaged Items

If you received a damaged or defective item, follow these steps:

  1. Take a clear photo of the damaged item and packaging as soon as you receive it.
  2. Send us an email at [support@zendy.ph] with:
    1. Your order number
    2. A brief description of the issue
    3. The photo proof of the damage
  3. Once our team reviews and confirms the issue, we’ll send a free replacement of the same product right away.

Note: We do not process refunds, but we’re committed to replacing any product that arrives in unacceptable condition.

📦 Conditions for Replacement:

Proof must be sent within 7 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

This policy only applies to items damaged during transit or with clear defects.
